All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most countries. International shipping times and costs vary depending on destination and shipping method.
Please note that Wellori Fit is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Wellori Fit is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at checkout. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package:
